This Week's Menus

Monday:     Carrot soup and whole wheat bread
Tuesday:     Blackeyed peas with collards
Wednesday: French toast and fresh strawberries
Thursday:     Polenta with marinara and mozzarella
Friday:     We'll be on a long day trip, so fast food somewhere
Saturday:     Leftovers
Sunday:     Sourdough pancakes, applesauce
