Menus

Monday: Hot dogs, corn on the cob, fresh sweet potato chips 
(with a few scary moments when my inexperience at frying caused a grease fire)
Tuesday: Cuban black beans
Wednesday: Pasta salad
Thursday: Baked potatoes, Brussels sprouts
Friday: Pizza, frozen mixed veggies
Saturday: Asian chicken salad, popcorn
Sunday (it's my birthday!): Seven-layer dip, spumoni ice cream
