You probably didn't notice, but I added a few more pages of information on the sidebar to my blog-- an attempt to start putting all my recipes together (under the title of The Little Red Hen), and a list of the books that I've been learning from on my food journey over the years.
With that context, I noticed that most of the experts highlighted in the trailer for the upcoming documentary Fed Up were authors I had already read. That tends to be the trend for me, I read the books and then a while later a "cutting-edge" documentary comes out which reaches a broader audience.
So, watch the trailer, check out my reading list, and go follow your curiosity!
And, any feedback on any of the recipes you use would be fine, too. I often leave out steps in the directions because they're second-nature to me, there may be typos, etc. Let me know if you run across any problems.
