Today, instead of posting directly, I'm getting lots of brain food and input from this weeklong streaming seminar. There are some big hitters being interviewed, and though I missed hearing Joel Salatin (farmer-activist extraordinaire), I did catch Sally Fallon Morell (most famous renegade nutritionist alive).
