I actually managed to get a fair amount of cooking done yesterday; I made four loaves of bread and a batch of yogurt, as well as getting some eggs hard-boiled and some chickpeas cooked so that we could use them on our chef's salad at dinner.

I also realized that it's been three years since we got rid of skim milk, margarine, shortening, and non-stir peanut butter at our house.  Every once in a while I wonder if we'll regret it in the end -- but I'm nearly certain we won't.
