You know what I just love?  Homemade tapioca.  I haven't yet made a batch so big that we aren't wishing for more when it's gone; and it's soooo easy.  Whenever we have it, I make a mental note to put it on the menu more often, but then of course I don't.
Last night we had red beans (tomato-y with rich earthy herbs), rice, and steamed green beans.  And tapioca.
