Last night was just good ol' buttered noodles, with a few cherry tomatoes and basil thrown in, and an island salad. We saved the rest of the spicy/exotic pork from Sunday's dinner to slice up on the salad, along with a few canned pineapples and oranges, celery and peppers, the odd palm heart, that sort of thing. (It came from the P90X diet, I actually have to admit. I don't ever want to have to cook that entire months-long menu plan again, but there were a few recipes that were keepers. This was one.)
