Panko-breaded tilapia (Costco), rice and steamed broccoli with a tangy soy-lemon sauce that had the color and consistency of gravy. And was served in a gravy boat, confusing the kids so they weren't quite sure what to think when the sauce
wasn't gravy. I'd probably make it again when faced with a time crunch and plain rice and broccoli, but would warn people to go sparingly, it didn't take much of it to pack a punch. Topped with nice sunflower seeds.
