Apple-cinnamon muesli ≈≈ Stir fried veggies, rice
Cream of Wheat, fried eggs, bananas ≈≈ Cuban pot roast, mashed plantains
Cornbread, cottage cheese and fresh pears ≈≈ Tuna melts, green beans with mushrooms
Walnut-date-raisin oatmeal ≈≈ Baked beans, carrots, biscuits
French toast, canned peaches ≈≈ Pizza, salad
Apple bran muffins ≈≈ Corn chowder
Cereal ≈≈ Pancakes, applesauce, scrambled eggs

Just a note, we tried a new pancake variety out of the blue on Sunday, lemon poppyseed. It made us all pretty happy.
