Monday Menus

This week we're hitting some international/Mediterranean notes -- Tuscany, Greece, and Morocco are all featured in our food.

I suppose that's what happens when a) you've been eating camping food for a week, so you're ready for a change and b) while waiting a long stretch for your husband to upload photos and post about said camping week, you decide to browse your international cookbook.  :)

Raisin-date oatmeal with nuts and cream; Corn chowder
Cracked wheat with maple syrup, eggs, smoothie; Tuscan bean salad
Muesli; Herbed rice, schlada, and baked sweet potatoes
Berry muffins; Corn on the cob, sausages, mahi burgers, carrot chips, berries, and ice cream
Potatoes O'Brien, eggs; Spinach pie
Cold cereal; Pizza
(Fast Sunday); Pancakes, bacon, applesauce
