Salmon burgers and some corn.  

Instead of cooking dinner, I spent almost 2 hours cleaning out and vacuuming both cars.  Very satisfying, and I'm glad I did it before it gets any colder and darker and busier, or those peanut shells from our camping trip in August would just have been underfoot all winter...
