Spring Begins



Last week we ate:

Minestrone soup, spumoni ice cream
French onion soup, with toasted cheesy sourdough baguettes
Potato and sweet potato wedges (also with one parsnip and one carrot thrown in there too), salad
Tilapia with olives and capers, cornbread mini-loaves, peas
Pizza, brussels sprouts
Leftovers
Sourdough pancakes, bacon, applesauce

We also got our free water ice at Rita's on the first day of spring. Mine was honeydew, with chunks of melon in it. I've never been a huge fan of Rita's, but this one was oh so yum. Have a good Easter week!
